The only sweetness comes from organic honey and a small amount of organic cane sugar naturally present in our chocolate chips. We also avoid palm oils and inflammatory refined seed oils.  Our nutrient encapsulation uses only a minimal amount of high-oleic sunflower oil to protect stability and absorption.  We use  the highest quality ingredients available.  During the formulation process, we ignored material cost and used the highest quality ingredients available.  You will taste and understand the value.  Our bar tastes like what you want and gives you what you need.
